Thor Energy to consolidate shares on 10-to-1 basis

Thor Energy PLC (AIM:THR, OTCQB:THORF, ASX:THR), the Australia-based miner, is to consolidate its shares on the basis of 10 into one following approval at a shareholders' general meeting.

The consolidation will become effective on 30 August 2023.
