Nevis Brands (CSE:NEVI) has announced changes to its professional service partners as it continues its transformation following the recent acquisition of THC Essentials.
The company said it has retained McMillan LLP, a leading business law firm, as its Canadian counsel for corporate and security matters.
It is changing its auditor to Green Growth CPAs, replacing Smythe LLP, which resigned effective August 14, 2023.
Finally, it said it has retained Venture Liquidity Providers to initiate its market-making service to assist in maintaining an orderly trading market for its common shares.
