Gfinity PLC (AIM:GFIN), the e-sports group, confirmed the appointment of David Halley as chief executive officer with immediate effect, meaning interim boss Neville Upton will revert to his role as non-executive chairman, a company statement revealed.
Joining with 25 years of experience in the finance sector, Halley is currently also a director at Tourbillon Group, the private equity firm which recently acquired 72.5% of Gfinity’s subsidiary Athlos.
