Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (LSE:RKT, ETR:3RB) has named Shannon Eisenhardt as its new chief financial officer, in another change in the top team at the consumer goods maker.
The manufacturer of Nurofen and Dettol said Eisenhardt will join the business on 17 October, succeeding Jeff Carr who has announced his retirement.
Reckitt said Carr's "strong contributions will stand us in good stead during the next chapter".
Eisenhardt joins Reckitt from Nike Inc, the sportswear retailer, where she currently is chief financial officer of Nike Consumer, Brand & Marketplace.
Before joining Nike, she spent close to two decades at Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) in a range of finance roles working at corporate, country and regional levels.
Chair Chris Sinclair said she is "a proven strategic and operational leader with a track-record of building highly successful teams and delivering strong and consistent performance".
In June, Reckitt announced Kris Licht as its new chief executive.
