Titan Lithium sampling at Tanzania project expands high-grade lithium zone

Titan Lithium Inc (OTC:CDSG) unveiled robust lithium geochemical sampling results from an infill soil sampling initiative at their extensive Titan 1 lithium property in Tanzania.

In a statement, the resource company said it had extended the North Lithium zone to width of 2.9 miles with new high-grade samples including 2.75% Li2O.

Titan said that its geochemical sampling program aims to delineate the boundaries of the significant Titan 1 lithium discovery.

Its recent efforts focused on the North Block T1 anomaly, filling in the gaps between samples previously reported in March 2023 and May 2023.

Titan highlighted a “substantial” anomaly on the North Block spanning over eight miles from north to south and approximately three miles from east to west.

Earlier exploration was focused on the South Block, which is separated by a narrow zone from the North Block with low to negligible lithium values, seemingly associated with a fault structure in the Pangani Rift Valley, the location of the Titan 1 project.

Both the North and South Block areas are underlain by a substantial volcano-sedimentary sequence formed by continental rift-related volcanic activity, believed to be the source of lithium in the region.

The scope of North Block sampling has now expanded to cover roughly 21 square miles (54 sq kms).

Infill sampling showed “extremely strong” lithium results, Titan CEO Craig Alford said in a statement.

“The geochemical analysis not only is helping to define the full size of the lithium anomaly but are helping us to define the source volcanics. Results continue to demonstrate the Titan 1 project to be the single largest and highest grade sedimentary-style project worldwide.”

China Dongsheng International Inc, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Titan Lithium Inc (OTC:CDSG), is a lithium explorer and developer.
