Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) stock is at a record high, rising over 27% to around US$149, after the manufacturer revealed impressive fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2023 financial results, boosted by growth in its AI datacenter equipment.

Sidus Space investors cheer AI acquisition

Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) said it has acquired Exo-Space, a firm specializing in Edge artificial intelligence (AI) software and hardware for space applications. It sent the stock soaring some 30% higher at one point, to a high of 25 cents, in opening deals, before settling at around 17 cents by midday.

Fulcrum stock soars on FDA greenlight

Fulcrum Therapeutics (NASDAQ:FULC) stock was up 50%, at US$5.90, after the FDA cleared the firm to resume clinical work for its sickle cell disease treatment.

Republic First Bank price collapses ahead of Nasdaq exit

Shares of Republic First Bancorp (NASDAQ:FRBK) were down just over 40%, at 42 cents, ahead of its delisting from Nasdaq tomorrow. In a statement, the Philadelphia-based regional bank revealed it had to exit the exchange after its failure to file its annual report before Nasdaq’s deadline.

The bank expects its common stock will quickly begin trading on the OTC market so that investors can continue to access accurate information, including stock price quotes, and execute trades.
