Panthera Resources PLC (AIM:PAT) has given litigation financier LCM Funding a further extension to complete due diligence for up to US$10.5 million in litigation financing in the junior’s legal action against the Indian government.
LCM’s due diligence period has now been extended until to 25 August 2023.
Following the successful completion of the LCM Due Diligence, the parties can then move to complete a funding confirmation notice.
