Toggle3D.ai Inc (CSE:TGGL, OTCQB:TGGLF) told investors that its common shares are now available for trading in the US on the OTCQB Venture Market under the stock symbol ‘TGGLF’.
The software-as-a-solution company noted that it was spun out from Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) on June 14, 2023, and directly listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, with a dual listing on the US OTC Pink Sheet Open Market following on July 5.
At the time, CEO Evan Gappelberg announced the goal of moving to the OTCQB to attract additional shareholders and enhance the stock’s liquidity.
It said uplifting to the OTCQB should give investors more confidence as it is required to meet higher financial standards and disclosure requirements. The move indicates that it has achieved a certain level of financial and operational success and is committed to maintaining transparency and good governance practices.
"This milestone represents a significant step forward for our company and investors,” Gappelberg said in a statement.
“This marks a significant step forward in our goal to enhance shareholder liquidity and awareness in the USA. The OTCQB provides increased visibility, awareness, accessibility, and liquidity for our stock, allowing investors to actively participate in our growth and innovation.”
The company recently announced it had surpassed 10,000 users, with a total of more than 12,900 3D projects.
