CULT Food Science Corp (CSE:CULT, OTCQB:CULTF) has announced a consolidation of its shares on the basis of one post-consolidated common share for every four pre-consolidated common shares.
Open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on August 22 and the company reminded dealers to re-enter their orders taking the share consolidation into account.
Its name and stock symbol will not change.
