CULT Food Science Corp (CSE:CULT, OTCQB:CULTF) said it will consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one post-consolidation share for every four pre-consolidation shares effective August 24, 2023.
That follows shareholder approval for the move at a special meeting held on August 11, the company said. Its name and trading symbol will remain unchanged.
CULT said no fractional shares will be issued as a result of the consolidation, with fractions of less than one-half rounded down to the nearest whole number and fractions of at least one-half rounded up.
