Tan Delta Systems moves to an early premium after AIM IPO

Tan Delta Systems PLC (AIM:TAND), a specialist in real-time equipment monitoring and data analysis, saw its shares move to a first-day premium on the London Stock Exchange's junior market.

Ahead of its stock market debut, Tan Delta successfully raised £6.0 million by offering its shares at 26 pence each. This initial offering pegs the company's starting value at around £19.0 million.

In addition to Tan Delta's own fundraising efforts, Zeus and PrimaryBid secured £0.6 million for selling their investors.

At 8.27 am, the shares had been marked up to 28.5p.

Chief executive Chris Greenwood said: "Innovation continues to be alive and kicking in the UK and I hope that we can be seen as an example to budding entrepreneurs as to what can be achieved."
