Evolution Energy Minerals Ltd (ASX:EV1) has appointed Cameron Dowling as an alternate director for Amanda van Dyke.
Dowling holds a BEng (Civil), BEng (Mining) and a MCom (Applied Finance) as well as more than a decade’s experience in mining focused private equity.
“Cameron brings significant experience in mining, project development and project finance, and we welcome his appointment as an alternate director,” Evolution non-executive chair Henk Ludik said.
“This is an exciting time for Evolution as we build on the recently announced key transactions with BTR New Materials Co. Ltd.”
