Shares of Creative Realities Inc (NASDAQ:CREX) plunged nearly 40% Thursday after the company’s public offering was priced at $2 per share.
Before the market opened, the digital marketing company announced plans to offer 3 million shares at $2 each for proceeds of $6 million.
Creative Realties shares were up 72% thus far in 2023 but tumbled 37% from $2.99 to $1.87 Thursday morning.
The public offering is expected to close on August 21.
