Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF) unveiled its latest strategic move to further bolster its portfolio with the acquisition of a new high-grade precious metals property.
The company announced it has acquired the Shamrock property, a promising gold, silver, and copper asset located in White Pine County, Nevada.
Silver Range's foray into Shamrock commenced in May when the company staked its claim over the principal mines situated within the Sacramento mining district, nearly 45 kilometers east of Ely.
Initial assays from grab samples extracted from dumps and vein exposures within the property have yielded remarkable results. Gold assays reached as high as 233 grams per ton (g/t) gold (Au), with eight out of 28 samples analyzed so far registering assays surpassing 5 g/t Au.
Simultaneously, silver assays from the same set of samples have exhibited concentrations of up to 1,502 g/t silver (Ag), with 16 out of the 28 samples returning analyses exceeding 100 g/t Ag.
The mineralization boasts considerable copper enrichment, with the most notable assays reaching 4.04% copper (Cu), and 13 of the 28 samples recording copper levels greater than 0.3% Cu.
Silver Range Resources is a precious metals prospect generator working in Nevada and Northern Canada. The Vancouver-based firm actively seeks other joint venture partners to explore the high-grade precious metals targets in its portfolio.
