Sea Limited projected to deliver another revenue bump Tuesday despite declining users

Sea Ltd (NYSE:SE) is slated to report earnings before the market opens on Tuesday, and investors will be watching for progress from the Singapore-based company.

The gaming and ecommerce company is projected to report revenue of $3.2 billion, an increase of more than 10% year-over-year, and earnings of $0.41 per share, compared to a loss of $1.03 per share last year.

Investors will also be watching for total users, which came in at 37.6 million in the first quarter — down 38.8% year on year.

Some of Sea Limited's online marketplace competitors have reported quarterly earnings already. Airbnb reported revenues that grew 18.1% year-over-year and MercadoLibre posted top-line growth of 31.5%, both beating analyst estimates.
