Immupharma plc has appointed Dr Laurence Reilly as senior independent non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, citing “the need to add further skills and experience to the board to ensure that we have the requisite board composition for the next stage of evolution of the business”.
Dr Reilly brings extensive experience in managing late-stage clinical programmes through to approval, in addition to commercial and business development experience.
