Solstice Gold Corp. (TSX-V:SGC) said that it has closed its private placement financing round which was first announced on July 18, 2023, for gross proceeds of $563,325.
The company said the majority of the proceeds will go to funding grassroots lithium exploration at its Stewart Lake project located in the English River Subprovince of Canada.
