Trump's Truth Social app tipped off FBI to man killed during arrest attempt for allegedly making death threats against President Biden

Truth Social, the social media company owned by former President Donald Trump, alerted the FBI in March about a Utah man shot and killed by agents Wednesday after he was served a warrant for allegedly threatening to assassinate Joe Biden.

Back in March, Craig Deleeuw Robertson posted a threat to kill Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Truth Social, according to a senior law enforcement official, as reported by NBC.

Truth Social then notified the FBI.

On Wednesday, agents moved to arrest Robertson, 75, on a federal criminal complaint accusing him of making death threats against Biden, Bragg, and FBI agents. Bragg is currently prosecuting Trump for allegedly falsifying business records connected to a hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

In another social media post over the weekend, Robertson wrote: “I heard Biden is coming to Utah.” and referenced his “M24 Sniper Rifle".

Robertson was armed and did not respond to commands, a senior law enforcement official claims, before the agents fatally shot him, according to reports.

Meanwhile, shares of Digital World Acquisition Corp, the company taking Truth Social public, saw its shares decline 0.7% in extended trading Thursday.
