88 Energy Ltd (AIM:88E, ASX:88E, OTC:EEENF) today confirmed the posting of documentation to shareholders regarding its previously announced rights issue, which could raise up to £6.29 million of new capital for the Alaska focussed explorer.
Eligible shareholders will be entitled to one new fully paid share for every 10 shares they hold, the company said in a statement.
