Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE, OTCQB:MODGF) has appointed Peterhouse Capital as corporate broker with immediate effect.
The company also announced that with effect from 4 August 2023, Eleanor Kenny has been appointed as interim company secretary.
