Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) has reported that its chair Kenneth West has exercised share purchase warrants representing some 1.94 million shares, at an exercise price of 0.7485 US cents.
Subsequently, West retains a shareholding of 3.27 million shares and options for a further 2.26 million shares, the company confirmed.
