In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital content creation, a disruptor is reshaping how 3D models are converted, customized, and shared seamlessly. Toggle3D.ai Inc (CSE:TGGL), a web-based application, has emerged as a leader in the industry, revolutionizing the use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files and redefining the possibilities of 3D content.
Toggle3D.ai’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution enables seamless conversion of CAD files, applying 4K texturing, and publishing superior 4K 3D models, catering to various industries: design, art, marketing, and eCommerce, to name a few. With its Augmented Reality-based rapid prototyping web app, Toggle3D allows users in these fields to easily convert, texture, customize, and publish high-quality 3D models and experiences, regardless of their technical or 3D design expertise.
CAD files form the backbone of product design and manufacturing processes for many manufacturers. “There are millions of CAD files sitting on various platforms, and Toggle 3D.ai unlocks their potential by allowing manufacturers to publish their 3D products on the web seamlessly,” Toggle3D.ai Evan CEO Gappelberg told Proactive.
Toggle3D.ai’s platform allows manufacturers to publish their 3D products onto the web through a simple point-and-click solution. It’s a disruptive approach that enables millions of products to transition from flat 2D photography to captivating 3D models. By leveraging the power of AI, Toggle3D.ai reduces file sizes by up to 95%.
Until recently, Toggle3D.ai was a product within Canadian technology firm Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF). As a standalone company, Toggle3D.ai successfully raised over $2.1 million through the issuance of approximately 8.6 million shares.
The spin-off allowed the company to showcase the value of its AI texturing platform independently and accrue value as a pure play AI company.
“Our technology, such as advanced CAD conversions, file size reduction, and PBR material generation, wasn't fully assessed or valued within the larger entity,” chief product officer Dasha Vdovina told Proactive. “Now, as a publicly traded company, we can demonstrate our technology's potential to investors.”
Consider Toggle3D.ai’s target market, the $160 billion CGI industry. The sector increasingly demands 3D content for simulations, marketing, presentations, and digital artwork. Toggle3D is hoping that the platform’s scalability and efficiency open doors to a multitude of applications.
“Unlike other complex 3D software, Toggle 3D.ai offers a point-and-click solution that requires no previous experience, making it accessible to a wide range of users,” CEO Gappelberg explained. “This simplicity, combined with AI-powered efficiency, sets Toggle 3D.ai apart from traditional 3D software like Adobe or Blender.”
Although CAD files form the backbone of Toggle3D.ai's offering, its versatility stretches beyond this foundational element. The platform seamlessly adapts to a variety of 3D files, including those used extensively in gaming and other industries and positions the company to capitalize on the rising global interest in spatial computing, exemplified by products like Apple's Vision Pro glasses.
Toggle3D.ai’s team is continually expanding the platform's features, conducting extensive testing and implementing the improvements into new features. “The feedback from our beta users has been crucial in shaping the platform's future direction,” Vdovina said.
With an eye on revolutionizing industries and captivating users worldwide, Toggle 3D.ai embarks on an exciting journey to reshape the digital landscape and unlock the full potential of 3D content. That means enhancing the platform and introducing new features to expand the user base. The team also wants to establish Toggle3D.ai as the go-to AI texturing platform for other industries such as gaming, 3D modeling, and virtual reality.
“We plan to engage in strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and explore new applications for our technology,” Vdovina said.
That means creating value for shareholders – something very close to the team’s heart.
“As a pure play AI company, we want to demonstrate our potential for growth and profitability, driving investor confidence in our vision and technology,” Vdovina said. “We’re thrilled about this new phase and the opportunities it brings.”
