London Stock Exchange Group recovers following post-interims dip

London Stock Exchange Group PLC (LSE:LSEG) fell as much as 4% in earlier Thursday trades, before managing to claw back some losses as the day progressed.

LSEG’s share movements followed the capital markets and analytics group’s interim report, which managed to hit City expectations though underwhelming on the core capital markets offering.

At the time of writing, shares were swapping for 8,092p with a market value of £45.95bn, marking a 2% day-on-day decline.
