Delivra subsidiary Dream Water wins merchandising agreement with Las Vegas resorts

Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB) said its wholly owned subsidiary Dream Water has entered into a customer merchandising agreement with two Las Vegas resorts, Treasure Island and Circus Circus, for its Dream Water products.

The company said that Dream Water will provide the two resorts with protected pricing, marketing support, in-store programs, social media posts and promotional materials for the merchandising of its products.

Treasure Island and Circus Circus will purchase Dream Water products to distribute at participating retail outlets and certain kiosks at their properties.

"This agreement is an extension of our strategic decision to focus on the travel, hotel/resort, and entertainment industry,” Delivra CEO Gord Davey said in a statement.

“We expect our collaboration with Treasure Island and Circus Circus to not only accelerate distribution of our products but also to support brand awareness and product trial, leading to new customer acquisitions and a larger loyal customer base.”

Delivra’s goal is to help people take control of their health with alternative wellness solutions. The company’s portfolio features innovative brands like Dream Water and LivRelief, which deliver relief from common everyday issues like chronic pain, anxiety, and sleeplessness.
