RC365 Holding PLC (LSE:RCGH), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, has announced that its subsidiary RCPAY Limited has signed a Mastercard Prepaid Card Program Service Agreement with Nobel Point, a company registered in Malaysia.
RCPAY will issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to facilitate payments made by Nobel Point to cardholders for the benefit of Nobel Point.
This is the first contract win for the RCPAY in Malaysia and the company expects to issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to 40 customers and 1,200 cardholders by 31 December 2024.
Two weeks earlier, another of RC365’s subsidiaries, Regal Crown Technology, signed an mPOS development agreement with Malaysia-based Cooper Technology to upgrade Regal Crown's existing mPOS program.
RC365 has also signed Asia-based agreements in Hong Kong and mainland China in recent weeks.
