Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) has confirmed the issue of 3.96 million shares and 3.96 million share purchase warrants in a private placement, previously announced on 16 June 2023.
The stock packages were taken up by five places, with each share purchased at 3 cents per share,
Each warrant issued can be exercised at 5 cents per share in year one, or 10 cents per share in year two.
