Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) announced that Saviynt, a leading provider of security solutions, has chosen Bridgeline’s advanced AI-based search solution Hawksearch to power its internal search capabilities.
The company said that the multi-year agreement for Hawksearch will enable California-based Saviynt to scale its operations and accelerate innovation.
Saviynt will leverage Hawksearch’s powerful features such as Smart Search and Recommendations to gather relevant content for clients seeking assistance, in turn reducing the number of support requests it receives.
"Saviynt has demonstrated exceptional growth driven by leading product innovation and customer-centric philosophy," Bridgeline CEO Ari Kahn commented in a statement. "Our partnership marks a significant milestone in their digital growth strategy."
The company noted that it already powers search for other leading software providers, such as Altair and Purchasing Platform.
Bridgeline helps companies grow online revenue by increasing traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
