Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) has temporarily suspended its shares due to a delay in publishing its latest accounts.
The company was required to publish its annual report for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 by 31 July 2023, but said its auditors requested additional time beyond the originally planned timetable to complete their audit.
