Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC, OTC:IDDHF), the digital health specialist, is now on a sustainable footing after a period of "rightsizing" and cost cutting, according to chief executive Paul Tambeau.
Certainly, the company's annual results would appear to bear out Tambeau's assertion. They show revenues increased by 12.1% to £13.6mln, with the gross margin remaining steady at 63.1%. While the operating loss has narrowed to £4.8mln, the focus on efficiency will yield cost savings of £6mln by the current year-end.
Operational highlights for the 12 months ended 31 March 2023 include a 9.9% revenue increase for the Attend Anywhere video conferencing platform, a 50% revenue increase for the Zesty patient management platform, and a completed business rightsizing and cost-reduction programme that aligns with the commitment to self-sustaining growth and cash break-even in 2024.
CEO Tambeau told investors: "We are pleased to report an overall revenue growth rate of over 12% despite market headwinds and at the same time as we completed on significantly rightsizing our cost base.
"The business is now firmly on a sustainable footing and this, together with our fast-growing patient management platform (Zesty), which grew significantly, indicates that we are well positioned for the coming year."
