Resource Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:RMI) has mutually agreed to part ways with Andrew Nesbitt as chief executive officer, who will cease operating in that position effective immediately.
Current executive chair Asimwe Kabunga will take over the CEO duties and will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company.
In a press release, the RMI board thanked Nesbitt for his service and wished him well in future endeavours.
