WANdisco PLC confirmed the appointment of a new management team, which will see interim chief executive Stephen Kelly join the board as CEO.
Ijoma Maluza, who has served as interim chief financial officer since 11 April this year, will take on the CFO role permanently after joining the board, a statement said.
Additional boardroom changes announced by the data activation platform include Xenia Walters joining as a non-executive director (NED) and chair of the audit and risk committee and Chris Baker becoming a NED and chair of the remuneration committee.
Karl Monaghan, who served as the previous chair of the audit and risk committee, as well as chair of the remuneration committee, will step down from his roles at the next AGM in August.
Chief scientist Yeturu Aahlad will step down from the board, although continue as a member of the executive team.
"Following the successful refinancing of WANdisco and the lifting of the share suspension, we are now able to formally shape the board to support growth and value creation for shareholders,” said Ken Lever, interim non-executive chairman.
“I am delighted that Chris and Xenia have agreed to join us at this very important juncture in the re-establishment of the company as a leading business in the data-integration software market.”
Peter Lees will remain as senior independent director and continue to be chair of the nomination committee, while the company will begin the process to identify a permanent non-executive chair.
In April, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) launched an investigation into WANdisco related to a potential "material misstatement" of its true financial position.
The result of the probe confirmed that all irregularities could be traced back to one senior sales employee.
