Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) said chief financial officer Mark Reichenberg will step down from the board with effect from the end of the month.
An internal and external search for a replacement has begun, the networking semiconductor supplier said, following the departure of Reichenberg by mutual agreement.
Ayala Deutsch, currently vice president of finance, will be managing the CFO duties on an interim basis.
Board chairman Yosi Albagli said: "I would like to sincerely thank Mark for his significant contribution to the development of the company, both for his role in assisting the company's admission to AIM and his role as CFO; we all wish Mark every success in the future."
Reichenberg joined the company in December 2016 as an advisor and consultant to the IPO process.
