Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has closed a previously announced brokered private offering for gross proceeds of more than $2.5 million.
The company offered over 6 million units, each consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, at a price of $0.42 each for total proceeds of $2,546,203.
Warrants can be used to acquire additional shares at a price of $0.52 for a period of 36 months.
Nextech shares traded at $0.40 Tuesday morning in Toronto.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
CEO Evan Gappelberg subscribed for 250,000 units of the offering, according to a statement.
Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) is a diversified augmented reality, AI technology company that leverages proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) to create 3D experiences for the metaverse.
