Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) announced that microwave signals solutions leader Spectrum Control has chosen the company’s artificial intelligence (AI)-based search solution Hawksearch to power their ecommerce platform.
Through a multi-year agreement, the company said it plans to drive conversions on Spectrum Control’s ecommerce platform with Hawksearch features such as Smart Search and Recommendations.
"Spectrum Control is an innovator in the RF and microwave signal technology industry, and this partnership marks a significant step in expanding its digital growth," Bridgeline Digital CEO Ari Kahn said in a statement.
Bridgeline noted that it also powers growth for other leading distributors such as Packard, Kirby Risk, and Berlin Packaging.
It said its onsite search solution drives conversions and positive customer experiences through personalization and relevant search results.
Bridgeline Digital helps companies grow their online revenue by increasing traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
