Australian Gold and Copper Ltd (ASX:AGC) has appointed accounting and corporate governance professional Laura Woods as joint company secretary, effective immediately.
A member of the Institute of Charter Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Woods has nearly 10 years’ experience in accounting, external audit and corporate governance
Current company secretary Andrea Betti will continue in her role, which will now be jointly managed between the two – they are part of the same corporate advisory firm and share a number of joint company secretary appointments.
