Revolution Beauty confirms settlement changes have taken place

Revolution Beauty Group PLC confirmed that all changes outlined in yesterday’s settlement agreement with Boohoo Group PLC (AIM:BOO) have now taken place.

That includes Boohoo withdrawing its requisition of a general meeting as well as the resignations of CEO Bob Holt and Derek Zissman from the board.

Holt, however, will remain as CEO until 31 August 2023, according to a statement.

Alistair McGeorge, Neil Catto, Rachel Horsefield and Peter Hallet have all been appointed to the board, while Jenny Schwartz, Rachel Maguire and Matthew Eatough kept their positions as independent non-executive directors.

Holt and Elizabeth Lake, who will stay on as CFO and director, have exercised their nominal cost options of 5,684,210 and 2,842,105 ordinary shares in the company respectively.

Application has been made for 8,526,315 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, taking the total number of shares to 318,236,565, with no shares held in treasury.
