Givex Corp (TSX:GIVX, OTCQX:GIVXF) said UK-based Tesco Café, a subsidiary of retail giant Tesco PLC, has selected it to spearhead a digital transformation initiative in its cafés.
The company said the partnership follows a successful pilot phase, during which it showcased its expertise in delivering complex integrations, including integration into the Tesco Clubcard scheme, payment integration, and enabling Tesco colleagues to utilize their Clubcards for exclusive colleague discounts.

“Our robust suite of digital ordering, kitchen automation, inventory control, and menu management tools will empower Tesco Cafés to optimize operations and maintain a market-leading customer experience.”
Givex noted that it acquired UK-based Counter Solutions in August 2022, adding its WAY2PAY enterprise digital ordering solution to its portfolio. The WAY2PAY digital café solution recently won Counter Solutions the Top Supplier Retail 2023, and Best In-Store Customer Experience at EuroCis, it added.
Givex has provided customer engagement solutions to its merchants since 1999, with a footprint of more than 122,000 locations across its 12 global offices. In addition to gift card programs, it offers point-of-sale system GivexPOS, loyalty programs, GivexPay and more.
