Shares in Darktrace surged 19% to 350p after it came out the other end of a review by Ernst & Young unscathed.
The cyber security firm said the independent review should have no impact on its financial statements, nor does it change its belief that previous statements fairly represented its financial position.
Separately, the group said it expects revenues in the year to 30 June to grow by 31% and that despite macro-uncertainty, it remains positive it can accelerate in the second half of the current financial year.
