Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR, OTCQX:TDTRF) notified investors that chief executive Adam Davidson, between 7 July and 10 July, bought 30,000 shares in the company at an average price of 45.3p per share.
The transactions increased his shareholding to 330,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the company’s voting rights, it noted.
