CMC Markets PLC (LSE:CMCX) said chief financial officer Euan Marshall has resigned to join financial intermediaries platform IntegraFin Holdings PLC (LSE:IHP) in a similar role.
Marshall will stay with CMC until January 2024 to help with the handover of his duties while the spread betting firm searches for a replacement.
Peter Cruddas, CMC’s chief executive commented: "Euan has been a highly valued member of the CMC team, holding various positions since becoming a part of the group in 2011.
“Over the past 4 years, he has served as the CFO, playing a crucial role in the company's transformative journey."
