Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN) has announced that its Smart Hospitality Solution is being released at the Thumper Pond Resort in Minnesota.
Key features of the solution include a mobile app for iOS and Android devices, contextual engagement allowing guests to receive location and preference based-notifications, and location-based services to enable guests to easily navigate the resort, the company said.
It also uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to make recommendations to guests, in turn improving services, personalizing engagement, and increasing operational efficiency, Phunware said.
