Deepverge PLC (AIM:DVRG) said it has received approaches for its Modern Water and Labskin business units, but it is still uncertain whether enough value will be realised to avoid administration.
Modern Water continues to produce reagents and arrangements are under discussion to enable the installation and commissioning of already delivered equipment to continue.
Other activities and discussions remain on hold pending any sale, closure or administration of the group's subsidiaries.
