Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE:NSG) has announced the results of a surface sampling program at the Cam Cooper mine site of the company’s flagship Miller property in Ontario.
The program returned high-grade copper assays ranging from 0.99% to 31.8% copper from 19 samples containing massive to semi-massive sulphides, the company said. The weighted average of the samples was 14% copper.

NEO Battery Materials Ltd said it has engaged Generation IACP Inc to provide market making services with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the company's common shares. Under the agreement, Generation will receive a fee of C$7,500 plus applicable taxes per month. The agreement between the Company and Generation is for an initial term of six months and shall be automatically renewed for subsequent six month periods unless the company provides written notice of termination to Generation. Commencing on the first anniversary of the agreement, the fee payable to Generation will automatically increase annually by 3.0%. No stock options or other compensation are being granted in connection with the engagement.
Soma Gold Corp said it produced 8,897 gold equivalent (AuEq) ounces during the second quarter ended June 30, 2023, exceeding the planned 8,450 ounces by 5%. Delivra Health Brands Inc has announced thatm subject to regulatory approval, it has retained Generation IACP Inc, commencing July 4, 2023, to provide trading, market stabilization and liquidity services for the company. Generation will trade the common shares of Delivra Health on the TSX-V for the purposes of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the shares. The company has agreed to pay Generation a fee of C$7,500 per month, plus applicable taxes and subject to an annual increase of 3% commencing on the second anniversary of the agreement. The fee will be payable quarterly in advance. The initial term of the Generation Agreement will commence on July 5, 2023 and last for six months, and such term will be automatically renewed for a subsequent six month period unless terminated earlier by 30 days' prior written notice by the company.
Sonoro Gold Corp has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held June 29, 2023, in Vancouver, BC, at which shareholders approved all resolutions put before them by management including the election of all director nominees, the re-appointment of the auditors and the approval of the company's share option plan.
