HealthBeacon PLC (EURONEXT:HBCN, OTCQX:HBCNF) chief executive and founder Jim Joyce has increased his shareholding in the company, buying 10,600 shares at a price of €1.86 each.
As a result of the transaction, Joyce’s shareholding rises to 1.84 million shares representing 10.92% of the company.
