i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF) notified the stock market that chief executive Majid Shafiq has bought 196,318 shares in the company, at a price of 12.7p each.
As a result of the transaction, Shafiq’s beneficial shareholding increases to a total of 9.73mln shares representing 0.81% of the company.
