Made Tech Group PLC (AIM:MTEC), a data and digital services contractor to the UK government, saw its shares rise around 5% in Wednesday morning’s deals, boosted by purchases by founder and chief executive Rory MacDonald.
A stock market statement disclosed that MacDonald bought 897,507 additional shares in the company at an average price of 17.14p.
It increases his shareholding to 42.59mln shares, representing 28.53% of the company.
In London, Made Tech shares were up 0.77p or 4.56%, changing hands at 17.77p each and valuing the AIM-quoted company at just over £25.5mln.
