Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM:AMC, OTC:AMMCF) now a cash shell, said 13 opportunities from within 10 organisations have been considered as it looks to find a new business or project.
During the course of its search, Amur said it had also been contacted by two non-mineral resource companies offering the possibility to move into Artificial Intelligence/Entertainment, Financial Services or other sectors.
Losses in 2022 were US$3mln (US$1.2mln)
