Induction Healthcare makes key senior appointments as it eyes 'self-sustaining growth'

Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC) has announced the appointment of Paul Tambeau as its chief executive and John McIntosh as chief financial officer, marking a new chapter in the company's leadership.

Both appointments are effective immediately, with the two also joining the board.

Tambeau, previously interim chief operating officer, brings over a decade of experience in the health sector.

McIntosh is a seasoned financial professional who has served as CFO for both public and private entities in the UK, USA, and Europe.

The appointments coincide with the company's progress towards self-sustaining growth, as well as the recent sale of non-core asset, Switch.

Christopher Samler will revert to his prior position as non-executive chair.

He said: "The business is in far better shape than in the last quarter of last year and the Board is confident that we remain on track to meet our commitments for the year.

"The leadership provided by both Paul and John has been instrumental in helping to turn the business around and whilst we still have challenges to face, we are confident that the business is in safe hands."

Induction provides digital healthcare services used by hospitals and doctors surgeries to book appointments and to stage video consultations.
