Shares in banknote printer De La Rue PLC (LSE:DLAR) surged 11% following indications of a recovery in currency demand and a robust performance in its authentication business, particularly in the latter half of the year.
The group has maintained its full-year adjusted operating profit forecast in the low £20mln range.
At 9.54 am, the shares were up 4.04p at 40.54p.
