Caerus Mineral Resources to publish delayed results this month

Caerus Mineral Resources said its delayed full-year results should be published before 14 July, and that it expects to request re-admission to the London Stock Exchange upon publication.

Ahead of the resource development company’s AGM today, the group confirmed that the full-year report and accounts to 31 December 2022 are in the process of finalisation, subject to a review from auditors.

As a result, the company expects the restoration of its listing in London once accounts are published.

Shares had been temporarily suspended in April after Caerus confirmed it would not have its results published by 30 April 2023, with the delay caused by information required by auditors from a third party.

Executive chairman Chris Lambert is also expected to tell shareholders that Caerus remains focused on taking opportunities to support the European electric vehicle supply chain.

“CMR is committed to supplying the clean energy sector and will look to maximise opportunities created through the company’s alliance with EV Metals Group,” Lambert said.

“The company is now focused on developing excellent opportunities aligned with its clear strategy,” Lambert added.
